What do you all think about the Oberwerk 11X70 Binoculars?

I am thinking of getting the Oberwerk 11X70 . The purpose for these is Astronomical. I have heard these are awesome, and I want to get something that will have vaule for along time.
Also can anyone tell me where they might recomend to buy these from? Who has the best warranty? They seem to cost the same from about 10 or more diff retailers, and Im not sure where the best place might be.

I was also interested in the oberwerk 12X60, but am unsure they will have the correct eye relief that I might need. I wear eye glasses 100% of the time. My eyeglass perscription is about -500 in both eyes.

Oberwerk makes very nice binoculars at reasonable prices. 11x70 might be slightly to large to hand-hold. You may need a tripod-------

My 20x80s require a tripod to hold them steady.
