does any one have 20-140x80 barska binocular?how is it?

The short of it, is that there are far better binoculars for astronomy. Variable binoculars introduce a whole range of problems which you are better off avoiding. For one thing the field tends to be narrow at lower magnification, and the image quality is also degraded. Also consider that a 20x80 needs to be tripod mounted, while anything with much more magnification will need to be mounted on something with both slow motion controls and a finder/aiming device; which makes the whole exercise expensive and clunky enough to be worthless. .

You are going to be much more satisfied with a good pair of 10x50mm, or 15x70mm binoculars.
